Due to the custom made nature of the products that we offer, returns or exchanges are limited to defective products only. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and explain your concerns and we will do our best to solve the problem and make you happy. In the event a product has a defect or is damaged during shipping, please notify us by using the Contact us form so we can send you a replacement. Undeliverable Orders: In the event the delivery company is not able to deliver your order due to an error other than our fault, and the package is returned to us, we will try to contact you by email to inform you of the problem. You may have the option to have the package re-delivered to the same or to another address (shipping charges apply), or cancel the order and receive a refund. The refund amount will be the total paid less the shipping charges and 10% restocking fee, even if the order was shipped free of charge to you originally. |
