Multiple Orders

If you wish to order more than 3 products and do not want to enter each one separately using the normal ordering procedure, you can send us your order request in the form below.  We will review your order and send you an invoice by email for the entire order.  We will process your order once the invoice is paid.  Orders of 5 products (identical or not) or more receive a 5% discount.

• Additional products: provide the information above for additional products if needed.

• Shipping address(es) (indicate if all products are going to the same address or each to a different address.  If each is going to a different address, provide the address after each Product description).

• Shipping speed: Priority or express (priority is free).
